Exchanges & Returns

Any issues will need to be addressed within 14 days of your purchase date. If we do not hear from you within these 14 days, we WILL NOT be able to offer you a refund/exchange. Any returned items must be in new/unused condition with all labels/tags still attached.

Damaged/Defective:

If your item is damaged you may need to provide photographic evidence of this.  We will look at the severity of the damage before making a decision. If we feel the item is still usable then we will may not be able to refund or exchange.

Please note: Postage costs must be covered by yourself and you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We do not take responsibility for any parcels that go missing.

Disliked Items:

If you dislike the product then please make sure you do not open or use the product so that an exchange or refund can be given. We are unable to refund or exchange opened products. Please note: postage costs must be covered by yourself and you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We do not take responsibility for any parcels that go missing.

Sale Items:

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on sale items. We hope you understand and accept our policies. As a small business proof is needed to verify any claims and to protect ourselves. Of course, we are happy to help resolve any genuine claims.  

Once we receive your item please then allow a further 5 business days to receive your refund. We will let you know once we have process the refund.
